The 2018 GMC Terrain specs and features will bring back the best aspects of the 2017 models while enhancing some of the worst. Improvements we’re fully expecting includes a refreshing redesign to both the inside and out which will be seen in the instrument panel, better 360-degree visibility, wider headlights, narrower grille, and more legroom.
The 2018 Terrain will be available in both FWD and AWD and the extremely luxurious Denali will once again be the premium model. Offering standard and optional features on the exterior including LED lighting, chrome accents, 19” wheels, a new grille design, roof racks, panoramic sunroof, and much more.
On the interior of the new Terrain some of the most notable features will include a multimedia system consisting of a high definition touchscreen with 3D navigation, OnStar, premium leather seats, leather door inserts, leather wrapped steering wheel, wood trim accents, Bluetooth, hands-free calling, satellite radio, ambient lighting, dual climate control, satellite radio, Android and Apple support, wireless 3G internet, steering wheel controls, and much more.
The 2018 GMC Terrain engine will feature both an extremely efficient 4 cylinder and V6. The 4 cylinder engine is tipped to be a 2.4 litre with nearly 185-hp while the V6 should come in at 3.6 liters with just under 3.5-hp. The transmission will be standard in all models with a 6 speed automatic and auto-manual selectable option. Gas mileage will be slightly improved over the 2017 model getting you about 21-23MPG/city and up to 33MPG/highway.
