2018 Audi TT, 2018 Audi TTS, and 2018 Audi TT Roadster Specs and Features

We’re hearing huge upgrades are on the way when looking at the specs and features of the current model. Expect to see enhancements to the 2018 models including a larger backseat, softer ride, more passenger amenities, more trunk space for the convertible 2018 Audi TT Roadster, manual transmission, a better drivetrain for routine driving modes, more comfort to the backseat.

We’re hearing that both the interior and exterior of all 2018 Audi cars, trucks, SUV’s will see many redesign elements including the 2018 Audi TT, 2018 TTS, and 2018 Audi TT Roadster. Some of the biggest differences will be seen in the interior trim packages and exterior options which will primarily be seen on the front-end. Wider angled lights, thinner grille, chrome accents, lighter body, are some of the redesigned elements we’re likely to see.

Some of the most notable optional and standard features will include a comprehensive technology package with an intuitive infotainment package, hands-free calling, Audi Connect, 4G LTE wireless internet and hotspot, backup camera, steering wheel controls, Pandora and other popular 3rd party apps, Android and Apple support, and much more.

We’re already hearing the 411 on the specs which are believed to include a 2.0-liter 224-hp engine in the 2018 TT while the 2018 TTS is believed to feature a 2.0-liter engine with nearly 295-hp. A 6-speed autos-shift manual transmission along with rumours on an automatic transmission option. The TT will get about 24MPG/city and 31MPG/highway while the TTS will get around 24MPG/city and up to 28MPG/highway.

The good news is, with all that’ll be introduced into the 2018 concepts it doesn’t sound like there will be any significant price increases. If this remains true, we’ll see the launch price of the 2018 models consistent with the 2017’s which would make them comparable with other high-end coupes. There have been no official details on the release date for the 2018 TT, TTS, or TT Roadster, but mere speculation at this point has all three becoming available for retail purchase starting late 2017 in some markets. If previous year’s releases is any indication of things to come, then we should see the first 2018 models arriving around the New Year’s holiday in many markets, and after the New Year for many others.
